Ordinance No.08/1998/PL-UBTVQH10 of Dec. 1998 amending Article 21 of The 1994 Ordinance on preferential treatment for revolutionary activists, fallen heroes and their families, war invalids, diseased soldiers, resistance war activists and people with meritorious services to the revolution and the amended Ordinance.
