About This Book
Wonderful story written from the perspective of a child about daily experiences of a precocious southern girl and her family and those close to her. Enjoy her experiences and life enriching friendships with the staff who worked for her family.
I have met the author and have spent time with her, and know there is much gleaned from actual people in her life intermingled with fiction. She is an excellent author, writing from her heart, not for a dollar, but to share a legacy for future family and others.
There is a rewritten version of this story that I worked on corrections and such. I think it has been put on a back burner and may never be printed. It continues the story and is heartbreaking but riveting. Audrey is a wonderful writer whose path through life has many detours, and some areas may not get revisited, due to time constraints. Enjoy this book and learn about the "beechos" and other treats she has shared with us.
