La casona de Chimalistac

The architecture and history of the "Casona" house and its diverse owners, a colonial construction that is now the Center of History Studies Condumex. The 18th century house is the only original colonial residence around the plaza of the 16th century church of Saint Sebastian known as Chimalistac and along San Angel represents a distinctive place that has survived the urban development of the last 3 centuries in southern part of Mexico City.
