OECD’s Teaching and Learning International Survey (TALIS) provides the first internationally comparative perspective on the conditions of teaching and learning, providing groundbreaking insights into some of the factors that lie behind the differences in learning outcomes that OECD’s Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) has revealed.
