Synopsis of the flora of Colorado

Thomas C. Porter, along with John M. Coulter, prepared a synopsis of the plants of the Colorado Territory, based on collections made from 1861 until 1873.

While there is no table of contents to the work, an extensive index can provide access to the various families and genera. Some of the descriptions contain citation information and the names and locations of the individuals connected with the specimens are at the end of the descriptions.
