Report on the analysis of the arts programs that were cancelled in the summer 2008

In March 2009, the Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage held a series of meetings on the Strategic Review of Arts and Culture Program Expenditures. The Committee wishes to thank those who accepted our invitation and helped us to study the matter. This report provides a summary of the evidence heard with respect to the repercussions of the Strategic Review. Includes committee's position and dissenting opinion.
