Legislative audit for National Defence

This monograph describes the major management problems experienced by Canada's Department of National Defence as revealed by the Office of the Auditor General. Included are: civilian control of the military, defence policy, contracting, infrastructure management, human resource management, ethics and proper conduct and operational readiness.
The author headed the Defence team for the Office of the Auditor General from 1991 to 2001.
