The Whosit book

A Children's story about a town of animal like individuals ( the Whosits) with hands like mittens, which were restricting. The self proclaimed head named Piggoty had gigantic hands like mittens because he thumped his chest in pride so much that his hands like mittens grew, so he couldn't do anything for himself. A human family (the Bunches) came by, with "sticks" on their hands and the story evolves from the relationship the Bunches establish with the Whosits. A wonderful Children's book with a moral.
