Strafrecht und Politik

The 6th symposium organised by 'Junges Strafrecht', a German forum that gives young criminal lawyers the opportunity to discuss the core issues of their discipline, focused on the relationship between criminal law and politics, and include questions related to crime policy and the phenomenon of instrumentalising criminal law, as well as to so-called 'political criminal law'. This volume contains contributions whose approaches come from various perspectives, including the philosophy of law, legal theory, constitutional law, criminology, the history of law, criminal law doctrine and international criminal law.
