The gringo privateer

This is the story of Ken Burney, a cow hand who loses his ranch and comes to Bardin the cattle king. Bardin is troubled by a Mexican bandit and Martin Bruce who have joined hands to steal the cattle from a section of the El Ranchito which falls in the Mexican territory and not in USA. Bardin's daughter does not want Ken to get involved in the feud.
