"Skin Memories presents the creations that Thomas Mailaender made at the Tanneries Roux in the framework of the first artist's residence initiated by LVMH Métiers d'Art. In continuing his research on the photographic medium and its formal possibilities, he experimented with applications of cyanotype, anthotype, and Van Dyke processes in traditional leather production.
