Lanigan and the silent mourner

Shawnee Lanigan is a half-breed man-hunter. He's commissioned by a grieving grandfather to track down Marsh Kennebec, who murdered the old man's daughter and her husband. However, Lanigan finds himself fighting for his life against outlaws and corrupt lawmen attempting to bar his path. He finds the killer but, outnumbered and outgunned, he's soon standing trial for his life before a jury of desperados. If convicted, he will hang. If found innocent, he faces a duel to the death.
