Seeming an interesting suggestion to characterize the Inca monarchy has made this contrast one of the central themes of this book and as a means to this end, he has used the myths, symbols, ritual paraphernalia that accompanied it, as well as the social plane of the panacas and Inca history following the footprint of the works of the Dutch anthropologist Tom Zuidema. Finally, to highlight more precisely the peculiarity, the author attempts a comparison with other Mesoamerican monarchies, particularly that of the Aztecs and the Maya.
