When Clint Adams drifts into Placerville to do a little gunsmithing, he's counting on a peaceful, uneventful stay. But when he meets up with his old friend Bat Masterson, he knows there won't be a dull moment. Bat's got himself a human money-making machine name of Lenny Younger—alias the Oregon Strangler—a gentle, Bible-reading giant who can't be out-rassled by any man alive.
