O sovetskoĭ konstitut︠s︡ii

A special collection of the pronouncements of Lenin and Stalin and party and government decisions concerning the Soviet constitution. The work consists of three sections: 1) Lenin and Stalin on the Soviet constitution; 2) The All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) on the Soviet constitution; 3) Decrees and resolutions of the Soviet government on constitutional issues. The material within the sections is arranged chronologically in the three stages of development of the Soviet constitution: 1917-18; 1919-22; and 1923-36. A number of writings by Lenin and Stalin are presented in excerpt form.
