This is the first and only book that annotated the new rules governing administrative disciplinary procedure involving members of the Philippine National Police before the National Police Commission, the People's Law Enforcement Boards and the Internal Affairs Service. It presents and highlights the rules through the use of notes from the deliberations of the committee that crafted it, legal concepts and applicable jurisprudence.
