Cumann na mBan and the women of Ireland, 1913-25

My Grand-Aunt Lil,aka, Elisabeth, was a member of Cumann na mban, and was steeped in Irish Republicanism. Her sister May, was found guilty of distributing "anti-British" literature, served some time in Cork Goal.She died on September 2nd 1946.The book is an accurate account of the establishment of the society.
I was asked to take the photographs, and was involved in the circulation of the book.
I am currently working on a genealogy of the family. in Irish "O'Coindealbhain".
