Sundown over the Sierras

When Marshal Chase Farlow responds to a break-in at Macy's gun shop, he has no inkling of the ignominy it will unleash. His unfortunate shooting of the culprit forces him to leave town in disgrace. It matters not that the injury is superficial, and Farlow was only doing his duty - the boy in question is Mayor Abner Stanton's son, and the highly principled lawman has become a thorn in Stanton's side. Can Farlow somehow resurrect his tarnished reputation?
