Hydropolitics in the developing world

Most hydropolitical literature is about river basins in conflict, so this book seeks to generate a new literature about the dynamics of cooperation instead. The book covers a range of theoretical issues and then proses a research agenda for the SADC region of Africa. It is African literature about a critical African developmental issue.
