Billings and Pompeys Pillar National Monument proposed resource management plan and final environmental impact statement

This Proposed Resource Management Plan (RMP) and Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) describes and analyzes four alternatives for the planning and management of public lands and resources administered by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Billings Field Office located in south central Montana in Carbon, Golden Valley, Musselshell, Stillwater, Sweet Grass, Wheatland, and Yellowstone counties, Montana, and portions of Big Horn County, Montana, and portions of Big Horn County, Wyoming.
