Fushigi yûgi = The mysterious play

Miaka Yûki, a normal junior high student from Tokyo, begins reading a book set in ancient China and suddenly finds herself not in the library, but in the book itself, transformed into the priestess of the god Suzaku and sent on a quest to find her seven Celestial-Warrior protectors, with whom she does not always get along.
