The syndicate

Brick and Storm craft a tale of an adoptive family being turned inside-out when their mother is slain in a seemingly random drive-by shooting. Soon they're presented with a video from their late Mama revealing the truth about her nefarious activities, and they find her secret bunker filled with money, drugs, and specific directions from Claudette, who built an empire from the ground up. The kids have been unwittingly trained by Claudette to take over The Syndicate. Now one of them must step up to become the leader, so they can run the city.
