Sistema zakonodatelʹstva

A presentation of the theory and practice of legislation on the republic and the Federal levels in the Russian Federation, along with recommendations on how to further develop the relationship between the levels. Part 2 of Article 5 of the current Constitution of the Russian Federation asserts that the constituent republics have their own constitutions and laws, and in reality republics do have sovereignty over many aspects of state life, while, at the same time, the entire Russian Federation is a unified legal space.
