This book dealt with how to resole human pain or suffering and suggested hermeneutic methods by employing cognitive neuroscience, cultural psychology and psychology of religion. Regarding cognitive neuroscience, the author introduced current method of psychoneuroimmunology that helped to improve human immunoty, and thus release accumulated sense of pain or traumatic memories. Especially, Korean traditional mask dance was introduced as a traditional healing ritual in the Korean village setting.
