Reforming State-Owned Enterprises

The purpose of this present report is to give officials in developing countries, especially in LDCs, basic information on, and a context for deciding among, the options that are likely to be available to them in dealing with their SOEs. A particular focus of the report is on bringing to the attention of these officials current thinking and "best practices" in the field of enterprise reform.
