About This Book

The exhibition of Gam Klutier (Delft, Netherlands 1946, lives and works in Peru since 1981) in MAC-Lima represented a museographic challenge of creating paths and connections between monumental images and medium formats developed in different media. The versatile artist has explored painting, drawing, collage, photography and sculpture, in monumental, medium and small supports. "Gam Klutier's works presents us with human shapes, animals, insects and plants, with a visual structure based on nature which captures the apparent confusion, disorer and chaos on the natural world. Klutier's images are also related to cave paintings"--Page [3].
