Complejo Cultural Universitario

This book not only documents the architectural work of the cultural complex CCU BUAP opened in 2008 and focused on promoting art, music and theater, but also explains the architectural design process from the first architectural project -starting from the freehand expression (sketches/drawings) and later, with the application of digital media- and as a constructive process, to the finished work. Designed by architect Manuel Sandoval Delgado, the complex, based on the principles of minimalist architecture, includes an auditorium, a theater, a central plaza, educational centers, an art gallery, a movie theater, a symphonic room, a bookstore and restaurants.
