Energy Management System Optimization For Sustainable Operations

My book focused on the optimisation of the Energy Management System (EnMS) at Zambia Sugar Plc based on the ISO 50001 framework. The project aimed to enhance energy performance through a structured approach involving energy planning, monitoring, operational control, and continuous improvement. By identifying significant energy uses, setting measurable targets, and analysing performance data, the study provided actionable strategies to reduce energy consumption, improve efficiency, and support sustainable operations in line with ISO 50001 standards.
