Revenue Enhancement for Water and Wastewater Systems

This proceedings, Revenue Enhancement for Water and Wastewater Systems, examines techniques used in the water and wastewater utility industry to avoid major capital expansions; increase revenue through better planning and management of existing resources; or, in the case of Las Cruces, New Mexico, develop a fee system to equitably allocate the cost of providing new utility service and the cost of adequately maintaining the existing system between individual users of the system.
