Bettie, a British woman with a history of mental illness writes about medications, public benefits, red tape, and her relationship with her doctor. In the end she concludes that Britain's public benefit system is corrupt. Bettie is also a livejournal user. Her quarter-sized perzine is cut and paste and typewritten.
