Defences to homicide

This is Victorian Law Reform Commission's Final Report on Defences to Homicide. Prior to the completion of the Final Report the Commission published an Issues Paper and an Options Paper to stimulate debate about possible changes to defences to homicide and to provide the basis for consultation on possible reforms. The Report includes a draft Bill to implement its recommendations.
