Describes the persecutions they suffered during the Middle Ages in Spain and Portugal until the expulsion, the establishment of the Inquisition in both countries, its methods of operation, and the consequences for the Conversos. Relates, also, to the fate of Sephardi Jews in countries other than Spain and Portugal.
