Communication from the President of the United States, transmitting in response to Senate Resolution 180 agreed to February 29, 1924, a reply declining, under the advice of the Acting Assistant Attorney General, the request to direct the Secretary of the Treasury to turn over to the Senate Committee on Public Lands and surveys all income tax returns filed by certain individuals and corporations named in the above resolution
