Harmonized System

Contains the texts of the International Convention on the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System, approved by the Customs Co-operation Council on June 14, 1983. Also contains the Protocol of amendment to that Convention and the Council's recommendations concerning the Amendment of the Harmonized System. Additionally, included is the text of the Nomenclature established under the above Convention, amended as at January 1, 2007. These provisions form the Nomenclature of the Harmonized System.
