About This Book
The School of Information and Library Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill hosted DigCCurr2007, an international symposium on Digital Curation, April 18-20, 2007. This event was part of the Preserving Access to Our Digital Future: Building an International Digital Curation Curriculum project funded by the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS). The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) is also a partner in this effort. DigCCurr2007 focused on what digital curators do and what they need to know to carry out this important work. This website provides access to abstracts, papers and presentations. Brief biographical sketches of the presenters are also available.
