Growing up a devout Catholic and dedicated fan of the Ramones, Francis, a sensitive and intelligent young man, has it all--a meaningful job working with church work groups and a loving and supportive wife and family--until a tragedy turns his life upside down and he is forced to battle his way back from the depths of despair with the aid of the music he loves.
