The best alphabet (and counting numbers book) ever created!!! It is sure to please a year old child AS WELL AS an 8 year old. It has adorably illustrated pictures along with delightful rhymes for the very youngest AND clever puns inside for the precocious older child. For example: The Letter E - picture of an elephant with a suitcase - The rhyme reads: Elephants won't take trips; they call vacations junk. They will not spend the night away; they refuse to pack their TRUNK! Kudos to Mimi Mazzarella for a most imaginative book!
