About This Book

In this report, Wendy Gregory, Norma Romm, and Michael Walsh explain how multi-agency workshops were used to bring stakeholders from the health service together (including patients from the society for the blind) to work towards enhancing the quality of health care in the Trent region of the UK National Health Service. They explain the process of facilitation that they used to engender a dialogue where the facilitators (they themselves) could contribute to the content of the discussion, as well as to the process thereof. And they explain the recommendations that ensued from the variety of workshops that were organised.
