<div>Paperback catalog in poor condition, with both covers loose from the book. The covers are also very torn and ragged around the edges. The spine of the book is completely missing, so that the stapled binding is visible. The catalog is stored in a plastic sleeve due to its condition. The front and back covers have a bright red background, with the back cover blank except for the title and publisher. The front cover has a large bottom half page color illustration of a house and yard surround by a blue and black border. The top of the front cover has the title: "Radfords (in black) and Blue Ribbon Homes (in white on a blue ribbon illustration.) The interior pages have black and white photos of the homes in the bottom half, and the blueprint of the house in the top half of each page. 160 pages.
