Good-bye Russia, hello America

After a treacherous ocean voyage on the Lituania, Ida Sidowitz and her sons arrive in America in 1923 to begin a new life. Jack and Ruben settle into American life quickly and easily, but Ida has difficulty adjusting to life in East Bronx because she is constantly worrying about her eldest son and his family who stayed behind in volatile Russia. Will they ever be reunited?
