Hardcover book with blue textured-cloth covers. The spine is reinforced with dark blue tape. There are two white labels on the spine: The top one says, in typed black ink, "Polk City Directory Astoria," and the smaller label is on the bottom of the spine and reads, "1913." There is clear tape on all the corners of the covers. There is also wear and tear on the edges. When the back cover is opened, there are three horizontal pieces of blue tape holding the cover onto the book.
