This lengthy personal zine describes Sweden-born homeschooled Helena's struggle with eating disorders, relationship violence and abuse, being bipolar, her sexuality, psychiatrists, medication, and sex. Grainy photographs of Helena's body are accompanied by diary-like prose about her sexual experiences, losing her virginity, cutting/SI, bulimia, riot grrrl, lesbian relationships, and abusive relationships with men. She writes about the girlfriends she had in high school, the long distance relationship she recently ended, and studying art.
