Social statistics

This note is intended to be a guide to the key sources of current social statistics for the UK. It brings together a number of articles previously published in the Library's research paper, Social indicators, and expands the scope of coverage to include most of the subject areas covered by the Social and General Statistics Section. The note represents a self-help guide, providing a starting point for people interested in obtaining statistics for themselves.
