The new school year begins with an article on the prospects for the 1913 rugby season, conducting a civil initiation of the new students, and advice on how a student should begin the new school year. Agricultural articles pertain to the profitability of beekeeping, and heredity in poultry. Printed in this issue is a short story by W. D. Hulbert.
