Historia de la educación superior en Yucatán

Papers that reconstruct long process by which state university of Yucatan was created, from its earliest institutional forebears in colonial times to post-revolutionary period of 20th century. Topics include education for Mayans in 17th and 18th centuries, establishment of secondary schools and colleges in first years of independent Mexico, and various literary and educational institutions that existed in Yucatan during years before revolution.
