A Tuscan Summer

Nell Fanshawe is dismayed when her husband Giles announces they are to spend their long-awaited holiday in the company of one of his clients, the demanding Frank Middleton. On arrival at the Villa Guidi in Tuscany, owned by a charming, old-fashioned Count, Nell's first impression of her fellow guest is not encouraging--and when she realizes, to her horror, that Middleton and her husband are scheming to develop a hotel complex on the Count's land, she determines to fight their plans, even if it threatens her marriage....
