The participation of indigenous peoples and the application of their environmental and ecological knowledge in the Arctic environmental protection strategy

This report attempts to establish more effective ways of facilitating the participation of indigenous peoples, their organizations and representatives in activities associated with the design and implementation of the Arctic Environmental Protection Strategy (AEPS) through the Rovaniemi Process involving the eight circumpolar nations.
