Printed in full color, with each of the 19 parties represented by a symbol, code, and party leader photograph, including the African National Congress, whose standard bearer Nelson Mandela became president after the election. The Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP), a last-minute addition, was added to the ballot via a printed sticker.
