Vartan's appeal

Vartan is a young boy who represents Greeks, Assyrians, Syrians and Persians who are in need of assistance. The status of many is described in the pamphlet where they need food, shelter and clothing. Finally, monies to the American committee for Armenian and Syrian relief is described in its need and uses.
