This book traces a proximity between historical and prospective research for intervention in specific contexts. The authors present a tour of the process of valorization of photography as a cultural asset, and then offer a toolbox that allows to address without delay the safeguarding of the photographic heritage. Through reflection on the main problems of conservation at the local level, this book proposes strategies for action to build new alternatives for the future, marking an unprecedented precedent in the literature on this subject in Argentina.
